As we slowly move into the colder, quieter season, nature reminds us that there is beauty in turning inward too.

We Unfold is an invitation to slow down, get curious and reconnect with what is already within you. To gently peel back the layers, let go of what no longer feels aligned and make space for more of who you truly are.

And we believe this process doesn’t have to be heavy. Healing can be joyful, playful and full of curiosity. Through cacao, movement, breath, yin, sound and connection, we create space to explore yourself in a way that feels both grounded and free.

We begin with ceremonial cacao, using it as a moment to soften, arrive and shift our attention from the busy mind back into the heart and body. From there, we move into a slow yin practice, holding…
