The Caretaker Within: An Experiential Workshop

What if, for two hours, you didn’t have to take care of anyone else?

If you spend a lot of your time looking after other people, it can become easy to lose track of yourself.

Maybe you’re a mother, a caregiver, or the person in your family or group of friends who is always checking in, organizing things, remembering what others need, and making sure everyone is okay.

Or perhaps caring for others is part of your work. You might be a teacher, therapist, healthcare worker, coach, social worker, an activist, or someone in another profession where you spend much of your day paying attention to other people’s needs.

This workshop is an afternoon to turn some of that care and attention back towards yourself.
